#ChooseUrNerdrotica Twitter Event on 12-26-2013

Hello Fellow Nerds & Geeks!

Nerdgasm Noire Network will be holding a special Twitter event on December 26, 2013 at 7pm EST.  If you like Choose Your Adventures & Erotica stories, Thursday will be your lucky day!

Join us for an awesome Round Robin Story where you can help write it! ON TWITTER!!!!

Here are the rules.

1. @NerdgasmNoire will tweet out the beginning of the story.
2. Anyone can continue the story by including 2, 3, 4, etc (indicating where in story path) & hashtag #ChooseUrNerdrotica.  
3. You can end a story path by using hashtag #TheEnd instead of a number.

Here's an example.

@RandomTweet1: 2 And all was eerily quiet #ChooseUrNerdrotica

Black Weblog Awards Are Back!!

It's that time of year again!

The Black Weblog Awards are back and we need your help! Nominations are currently open from now until September 6, 2013. You can nominate Nerdgasm Noire Network for as many categories as you like but you can only make 5 nominations on the form at one time.

Doin' Nerd Shirts

Recently, us here at Nerdgasm started a Teespring campaign to sell awesome shirts in order to raise money for various items like microphones and mixers as well as other nifty things for our podcast and website. Unforntunately we got a little overzealous in our estimate of how many people would be able to cough up an extra $13 to buy a pretty cool looking shirt. Instead of reaching our initial goal, we only got about 20 shirts sold, and because of the way Teespring works, those shirts couldn't be shipped out because we have to reach the goal before they'll do it.

Instead of being disheartened though, we realized that there are 20 awesome people out there who really wanted to give us their support, and because we appreciate it we've re-opened the campaign with a lower goal so that the folks who wanted the shirt will be able to get one. Unfortunately you'll have a re-oder it, but it won't be of any additional cost to you to do so! Just a little bit of extra pointing and clicking on your end.

Also what that means is, if you didn't get a chance to get a shirt when the first campaign happend you can grab one now! So really this is a win-win situation!

So if you want a shirt make sure you go to Teespring and get one. You only have up until July 28th, so make sure you don't forget!

Letters From Management

Hey!

So... usually, there is a podcast episode that goes up today at this time, and you get to listen to myself and my 4 nerdy friends talk shit and get hood about geek things. However this week we did not have an episode because of tech and travel issues.

We're sorry, and in fact are sad ourselves because we didn't get the chance to share more nerdery with you.

We will return on June 5th for a special Live Episode, where we will be lamenting discussing the latest literary craze 50 Shades of Grey. Make sure you listen live, and come talk shit join the discussion in the chatroom.
